What personal data we collect and why

When you send a message through a contact form on our website, we collect, in addition to the data you provide, the IP address of your device.
However, none of this data is stored on our servers, it is only sent by email.
Newsletter forms
When you fill out a form opting to receive our newsletter, we store the following data:
- Name
- IP
The data is stored in software for triggering messages.
Cookies
If you have an account and access this site, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.
Embedded media from other websites

How long do we keep your data
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (it’s just not possible to change your username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
Data sent through contact forms on the website are not stored.
Data sent via newsletter forms are stored until you request their deletion in writing.
What are your rights over your data
If you have an account on this site or if you have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we remove any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
